Welcome to the District!

The Downtown Redevelopment Authority is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization comprised of passionate volunteers who believe that the revitalization of the downtown district is critical to the economic development of Bowling Green. Our organization has been heavily involved in adopting state funded programs such as the National Main Street Program, National Trust for Historic Preservation and Renaissance Kentucky that has allowed the DRA to provide, with tremendous success, resources and promotional services to our members. Our district area includes businesses and members located in the area between River Walk Park to the Western Kentucky University hill side and 31-W Bypass to the railroad tracks, as well as any outlying supporting businesses/members who want to watch The District flourish! Overall, our organization is dedicated to promoting and assisting our members and small businesses in the district area, we are here to help you meet your needs and goals!
