The A-Frame

Art Matters: Community Art Studio
As a community gallery, Art Matters supports local artists by charging no commission on art sales. As a community studio, Art Matters provides after school art lessons during the school year for budding artists, K-12th grades. Downing Museum
The Downing Museum features artwork by internationally renowned artist and Horse Cave, Kentucky native, Joe Downing as well as works by visiting artists. The museum’s collection includes the most holistic body of work by Downing, with examples spanning his entire career. Explore our main exhibit of Downing’s work that celebrates the life and career of the artist as well as rotating exhibitions by visiting artists. Ellis Walker Gallery
Ellis Walker Gallery is located in Thoroughbred Square Shopping Center behind Rafferty’s. The gallery features and promotes the work of local artists or artists who have original roots in South Central Kentucky and/ or affiliated with WKU. On display and for sale are the works of the late Joe Downing of Menerbes, France, Ivan Schieferdecker, Laurin Notheisen, David and Kim Jones of Bowling Green, KY, and many others from the area. FFOYA HOUSE
FFOYA House is an all-ages, family-friendly community arts venue and full-service recording studio located in a century-old Victorian on Kentucky Street. The nonprofit, which charges no commission on art sales, believes in “art as a voice” and seeks to connect artists with community causes. The intimate gallery features work by regional artists selected during periodic art calls on themes related to important social issues or connected to the work of other community organizations. Historic Rail Park & Train Museum
Built in 1925, the L&N Depot is an architectural icon in the downtown landscape. The building has been fully restored and now operates as a first class museum offering restored railcar tour. Visitors from around the world learn about the vital role railroads played in the history of our country. The venue is also available for event rentals. We have partnered with the Sunny 16 Photo Club and are offering a rotating exhibit of railroad photography as we celebrate the 10-year anniversary of our museum. Kentucky Museum
The Kentucky Museum hosts a variety of art, culture, and history exhibits including the annual US Bank Celebration of the Arts, the largest art exhibit in the region. Love ART & Antiques
Give from the heart, “Love Art and Antique Gallery” is about giving unique gifts of love. The gifts, antiques and art are one of a kind. They are unique and meaningful. Pushin Building Artists’ Studio
The Pushin Building Artists’ Studio is 2000 square foot open-loft private studio space. Take this rare opportunity to see the artists and their studio area. The Pots Place Co-Op
The Pots Place – Art Gallery and Co-operative Pottery Studio, is home to eight potters who work and sell their beautiful wares on site in the Gallery. The Gallery also represents local Kentucky artisans who share their arts and crafts. In addition, we sell Fair Trade crafts from around the world. The Presbyterian Church: GALLERY TPC
The Presbyterian Church’s large Fellowship Hall and downtown location presents a unique opportunity for artists to showcase and sell visual art at no cost, enhance the downtown experience, and celebrate God’s gifts to His people. The Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center
The Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center (SKyPAC) is the largest performing arts center in south central Kentucky.
